Over 25 years of experience in the tower industry.

Established in 2015 by John Rios and Jon Cunningham, Guahan Towers LLC became a company from the ending of Pacific Micronesia Tower. In 2006 Jon Cunningham was brought to Guam to build communications towers for inter-island connectivity within the Northern Marianas under Pacific Micronesia Tower. After the installation and completion, Jon Cunningham returned to the mainland continuing his education in the tower industry that started in 1994. After returning to Guam in 2010 under Pacific Micronesia Tower, Jon Cunningham has managed multiple projects that include consultation, site layout, fencing, foundation construction, tower erection, tower inspection and mapping, tower dismantling, microwave and path alignment, cellular antenna systems and cabling, two-way antenna, grounding design and installations, tower modifications, and tower restorations and refurbishment.

The predecessor to Guahan Towers was Pacific Micro Towers, which had been in business on Guam since the early-1990s.  Pacific Micro Towers was founded by Delbert Most, who had over 30 years of experience working on communication towers, first in mid-west (based out of Iowa) before moving to Guam.  The company transitioned from Pacific Micro Towers to Guahan Towers after the non-work related death of Mr. Most in 2015. Guahan Towers is now run by John Rios, Most’s former partner, and Jon Cunningham, the former Operations Manager at Pacific Micro Towers. Cunningham is originally from Iowa, where he worked in the communication tower industry. He has over 24 years of experience in the tower industry, and has lived on Guam since 2006. Rios is a former Motorola employee from 1984 to 1992. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mathematics and MBA.

Guahan Towers has been in operation since 2015 performing work for the government and companies in Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas and Diego Garcia. Our customers include Motorola Solutions, CNMI Government, Guam Power Authority, Black Construction, Core Tech and Hawaiian Dredging, GTA Teleguam, IT&E, Docomo, NEC, Rockwell Collins and AWR Radio Station.
